Strategic Plan

The Authority Board adopted the Mission, Vision, and Values statements and Strategic Initiatives and Goals for 2019-2024 in September 2019. The Statements, Initiatives, and Goals serve as a framework (or road map) to guide the Board and Management in their decision making.
